On behalf of our client, PT. DigiTekNus will help to perform the 1st level due diligence process including document screening and give the result to the client bank to get their approval for on-boarding process.
Merchant Onboarding
PT. DigiTekNus will onboard the digital merchant to the bank by connecting them through the appointed payment gateway . The merchant onboarding process will cover the integration test between digital merchant, bank and appointed payment gateway including obtaining the sign-off from all parties before the connection can “go-live”
Payment Gateway
Payment gateway will act as an intermediary between digital merchant and bank including providing the necessary connection between digital merchant and bank to ensure that digital merchant can accept the agreed payment method 24 hours x 7 days, 365 days in a year
